Days: Monday - Friday
Teacher-Student Ratio: 1:8 or 2:14

*To ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience, the TK program requires full-week enrollment (Monday to Friday).

*Pre-Registration & Fees:

• A $1842 deposit is required for pre-registration.

• A $100 registration fee and a $60 material fee are non-refundable.

• The deposit will be automatically applied to tuition.

Our Chinese Immersion Program is designed for children ages 4 to 5.5, providing a structured and engaging environment for them to explore Mandarin. The program follows the Menlo Park City School District (MPCSD) bell schedule, running Monday to Friday from 12:15 PM to 6:00 PM to support families with afternoon learning opportunities.

With guidance from experienced Chinese teachers, children are immersed in a supportive and interactive learning environment. The Menlo Chinese School curriculum fosters natural language development through project-based activities, allowing students to learn Mandarin through hands-on exploration, storytelling, and creative expression.

Beyond language learning, students participate in enrichment projects that introduce them to arts, STEM, and cultural traditions, helping them connect their learning to real-world experiences. The program follows a systematic learning framework, ensuring that young learners build a strong foundation while enjoying their time in class.

By the end of the program, children will have gained confidence in using Mandarin in everyday situations while developing curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills through meaningful and engaging experiences.
