Our afterschool program requires a one-year commitment. To cancel or freeze your membership, a 30-day written notice is required. Notice must be submitted via email to info@menlocs.com.

Freeze Policy

Families may freeze enrollment for up to 2 months per school year.

A holding fee equals to 50% of the monthly tuition will be applied during the first month during the freeze billing cycle. The second month of the freeze will result in $0.00 in balance for that month.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receiving the cancellation notice, you will receive a confirmation to set up the last date of the program. A final invoice will be generated, and the pre-paid tuition deposit will be used to cover the final billing period.

No credits or refund are issued for classes missed prior to the formal request, or the last date.

If you cancel and wish to re-enroll in the future, you will need to set up a new membership at the prevailing rate, which may be higher than your current rate.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy – Summer Camp
Cancelation & Refund Policy
✔ Cancellations made at least 30 days before the camp start date (by June 6th, 2025) are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Written notice must be provided to our office info@menlocs.com.
✔ Cancellations made after June 7th are non-refundable.
✔ After June 7th, if the week you booked are not available, you can change the week of summer camp. If our spot still available, please contact MCS office.
