2026-27 Chinese Afterschool Program - Menlo Park
Enrollment Instructions
To enroll, please complete the following steps:
- Pay the One-Time Fees:
- New Students: $200 registration fee;
- Returning Students: $100 registration fee;
All Students: $100 annual material fee (Covers textbooks, classroom supplies, and healthy nut-free snacks)
- Complete the Student Enrollment Form;
After registration, you will receive an email with instructions for submitting the required one-month deposit and monthly tuition.
Returning Student: A student who has previously enrolled in any Menlo Chinese School afterschool program.

Program Schedule
- Regular Program Hours:
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays per MPCSD calendar)
- Choose from 3 days/week (Mon/Wed/Fri) or 5 days/week

Tuition & Fees
A one-month tuition deposit is required and will be applied to the final month of active enrollment.
Discounts
- Sibling Discount: Families enrolling two or more children will receive 5% off for the second child and any additional children. The discount does not apply to the first child.
- Referral Program: Both the referring family and the new family will receive an $80 credit, applied to the second month of tuition.
- Discount applies only to monthly tuition and will be applied after you have completed registration, including the registration fee and material fee.
Late Pickup Fee
An early drop off fee before 3PM and late pickup fee after 6PM will be charged for $1 per minute
